Usage Statistics
The Usage Stats page provides real-time visibility into how your clients are utilizing the platform, helping you track costs and capacity.
Accessing Usage Stats
Navigate to iSquared Hub > Usage Stats in the WordPress admin menu.
Dashboard Overview
1. Service Summary
- Total API Calls (Month): Aggregate count of all AI, SEO, and Email API requests for the current month.
- Total Internal Cost: Estimated cost accrued from third-party APIs (OpenAI, DataForSEO, etc.).
- Active Clients: Number of clients with an 'active' license status.
2. Service Breakdown
A detailed table showing usage by specific service type:
- Service: (e.g.,
openai_gpt4, email_relay, seo_serp)
- Call Count: Number of requests.
- Total Cost: Cost associated with these requests.
- Avg Cost/Call: Efficiency metric.
3. Top API Consumers
See which clients are using the most resources. This is useful for identifying upsell opportunities or potential abuse.
- Client: Link to client management profile.
- Requests: Total API calls by this client.
- Est. Cost: Cost incurred by this client.
4. Recent Activity Log
A live feed of the last 50 API requests, showing:
- Timestamp
- Client User ID
- Service Used
- Request Type
- Units Consumed
