Refund Policy
We strive to make your marketing automation seamless. However, because our service incurs immediate costs (AI Tokens, Server usage), our refund policy is strict to prevent abuse.
1. The 14-Day "Risk-Free" Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund of your initial subscription fee if you meet BOTH of the following conditions:
- Time: Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your original purchase.
- Usage: Your account has consumed fewer than 20 high-cost API credits.
- What is a high-cost credit? Generating a full blog post, creating a new ad account, or launching a campaign.
If you meet both criteria, we will refund 100% of your subscription.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are never refundable once used/purchased:
- Overage Packs: If you purchase extra credits (e.g., "10 Extra Blog Posts"), these funds are immediately allocated to reserve GPU capacity and cannot be refunded.
- Ad Spend: We do not collect ad spend. All ad budget is paid directly to Google. Refunds for ad spend must be requested from Google directly.
- Subscription Renewals: We do not offer refunds for "forgotten" subscriptions. You must cancel before your renewal date.
