3. Required Information

To speed up your request, please include the following in your ticket:

  1. License Key: Found in your dashboard settings.
  2. Website URL: The domain where the plugin is installed.
  3. Error Message: A screenshot or exact text of the error.
  4. Google Ads ID: (If the issue is related to ads) Your 10-digit customer ID.

4. Reporting Outages

Check our Status Page before filing a ticket. If the API is down for maintenance, it will be posted there first.
