WooCommerce Product Sync

The WooCommerce Product Sync feature allows you to automatically create and synchronize WooCommerce subscription products based on your Hub package configurations. This eliminates the need for manual product creation and ID mapping.

Overview

  • Automatic Creation: Generates "Starter", "Pro", "Business", and "Agency" subscription products.
  • Dynamic Mapping: Automatically links Hub Plans to WooCommerce Products.
  • Metadata Sync: Syncs plan limits (posts, emails, sites) to product metadata.

Prerequisites

  1. WooCommerce plugin installed and active.
  2. WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin installed and active (required for recurring billing).

How to Use

1. Sync Products

  1. Navigate to iSquared Hub > Packages & Pricing.
  2. Click on the WooCommerce Sync tab.
  3. Click the "Sync Products Now" button.
  4. You will see a success message and a table listing the created products.

2. Configure Pricing & Publish

Newly synced products are created with Draft status and $0 price to prevent accidental sales.

  1. Go to Products > All Products in your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Edit each new plan product (e.g., "iSquared Starter Plan").
  3. Set the Subscription Price (e.g., $49 / month).
  4. Publish the product.

3. Verify Mapping

Return to the WooCommerce Sync tab to see the status of your products updated to "Published". The system now knows exactly which product ID corresponds to which Hub plan.

Troubleshooting

  • "WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin required": Ensure the extension is active.
  • Sync Button Missing: Verify you are on the "WooCommerce Sync" tab.
  • Products not appearing: Check your "Drafts" in the Products list.
