Accessing the Agency Portal

The Agency Portal is your command center. From here, you can manage all your client licenses, download your custom White Label plugin, and view aggregate usage stats.

If you are an Agency Partner, your portal is located at: https://isquaredmarketing.com/my-account/

Note: Use the email and password you created during checkout.

The Dashboard View

Once logged in, you will see the Agency Hub tab. This provides:

  1. Master License Key: The single key you use for all your client sites.
  2. Active Sites: A list of every domain currently using your license.
  3. Kill Switch: A "Deactivate" button next to each site to instantly revoke access for non-paying clients.
  4. Plugin Generator: The tool to build your branded client plugin.

Common Login Issues

  • "Invalid Credentials": If you reset your password via WordPress, it may take 5 minutes to sync with the licensing server.
  • "No Agency Access": If you see a standard customer dashboard instead of the Agency Hub, your subscription may have lapsed or you are logged into a "Pro" account. Contact support to upgrade your tier.
