eCommerce Automation

If you sell products using WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), iSquared can automate your review collection.

Enabling Triggers

1. Go to the Reputation tab.
2. Scroll to the Automation section.
3. WooCommerce: Check the box "Auto-send review request after WooCommerce purchase".
4. EDD: Check the box "Auto-send after Easy Digital Downloads purchase".
5. Click Save Settings.

The Workflow

1. A customer buys a product.
2. You mark the order as "Completed".
3. iSquared detects the status change and automatically schedules a "How did we do?" email to the customer.
