Setting Up Reputation Management

Before you can automate review requests, you must tell the system where to send happy customers.

1. Get Your Link

1. Search for your business on Google.
2. Click the "Ask for Reviews" button in the business profile dashboard.
3. Copy the short link (e.g., https://g.page/r/abc12345).

2. Save in Dashboard

1. Go to the Reputation tab in iSquared.
2. Paste the link into the "Google Review Link" field.
3. Click Save Settings.

How It Works

• 4-5 Stars: The customer is redirected to this link to post a public review.
• 1-3 Stars: The customer is redirected to a private feedback form to prevent public damage.
